Dandelion Wishes for Facebook Live

Hello everyone! I wanted to share the projects I made on my Facebook Live video earlier today. I used the new Dandelion Wishes stamp set 3 different ways.
I just love this set, don’t you?

There is a link the the end of this blog post with a PDF file which has all of the measurements for the projects along with a supply list.

This week I wanted to show how you could use one stamp set and different techniques to create 3 different cards. My first card has a “clean and simple” feel to it. Keeping a card monochromatic really helps bot the color and there stamp set share the spotlight.
I had some requests to show the heat embossing technique, so I shared this card next. The silver accents along with the cheerful colors are so pretty together. It also matches my manicure this week!
I also used the Stitched All Around Bundle for the sentiment and the label on this card. I just love the mix of fonts on the stamps and the detail on the Framelits. So pretty!
Finally, I shared this project featuring Brusho Crystal Color. I shared a few fun tips in the video about Brusho. Basically, a good rule of thumb is: when working with Brusho, remember to always use less Brusho and less water than you think you NEED.
It’s really a lot of fun to play around with!

All of the products I used to create the projects will be listed along with the measurements.

Also, if you put in an order in my online store ($30 minimum) by Tuesday June 19th, 2018 at midnight, I will send you these three make and takes for free! You will receive all of the supplies to create the projects but it will NOT include any stamped images (per Stampin’ Up! policy).

Please use Hostess Code EWXJD6XT

That’s how I will know that you ordered and so that you get your make and takes. ($30 minimum)
If your order is over $150, please DO NOT use the Hostess Code, so that you can earn the Hostess Rewards. I will still send you the make and takes, along with an extra gift.

Remember, orders must be placed by Tuesday June 19th, 2018 at midnight for these make and takes.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you enjoyed these projects. Remember that I’ll be back on Facebook Live next Thursday June 21st at 2:30pm CST, so be sure to join me then. Until next time...

Have a HAPPY day!

New Catalog Bundles for Facebook Live

Hello everyone! I wanted to share the projects I made on my Facebook Live video earlier today. I am SO excited about the new Stampin’ Up! catalog and decided to share projects made with three different suites of products that are now available: Broadway Bound, Tranquil Textures and Tropical Escape.

There is a link the the end of this blog post with a PDF file which has all of the measurements for the projects along with a supply list.

First, I created this FUN gift card holder using the Broadway Bound suite. I just love how bold and bright this suite of products is. Definitely one of my favorites, for sure.
I have a feeling I will be using this set a LOT!
Next, I made this little treat holder using the Tranquil Textures suite of products. The Werther’s Original candy in the gold packaging made me think of “sunken treasure” paired with this set.
What do you think?

Finally, I created this card using the Tropical Escape suite of products. I love everything about this suite! From the colors to the patterns, to the stamped images from the Tropical Chic stamp set…it’s gorgeous!

All of the products I used to create the projects will be listed along with the measurements.

Also, if you put in an order in my online store ($30 minimum) by Tuesday June 12th, 2018 at midnight, I will send you these three make and takes for free! You will receive all of the supplies to create the projects but it will NOT include any stamped images (per Stampin’ Up! policy).

Dogs, Cats and In Colors for Facebook Live

Hello everyone! I wanted to share with you the projects that I made earlier today on my Facebook Live video. I focused on two stamp sets that are perfect for a dog and cat lover like myself: Bella & Friends and Pretty Kitty. I wanted to pair them up with the new Stampin’ Up! In Colors for fun. The new catalog goes live tomorrow! Who’s excited?

There is a link the the end of this blog post with a PDF file which has all of the measurements for the projects along with a supply list.

First, I created these cute treat holders using the Wood Crate Framelits. My pets weren’t really amused about me “stealing” their treats to make them though. Ha!
Next up, I made these cards to showcase the stamps with the new In Colors.

Finally, I made these little treat bags that are so easy to make out of 2 sheets of 6” x 6” Designer Series Paper. My friend Gloria showed me how to make these bags and I just love them. It’s a great way to use your DSP!
One of the bags holds an adorable cat toy and the other is the perfect gift for any new pooch owner to clean up those little messes “on-the-go."

All of the products I used to create the projects will be listed along with the measurements.

Also, if you put in an order in my online store ($30 minimum) by Tuesday June 5th, 2018 at midnight, I will send you these three make and takes for free! You will receive all of the supplies to create the projects but it will NOT include any stamped images (per Stampin’ Up! policy).

Varied Vases Bundle for Facebook Live

Hello everyone! Today I wanted to share with you the projects I created for my Facebook live video this week. This project trio features a "sneak peek" of the new Varied Vases bundle and Garden Impressions Designer Series Paper. which will be released in the new Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog on June 1st.

There is a link the the end of this blog post with a PDF file which has all of the measurements for the projects along with a supply list.

First, I created a simple card pocket to hold a seed packet.
These would make a fun little gift for a friend and can easily be mailed.
Next, I made this card with one of my favorite patterns in the Garden Impressions DSP.
This card also features one of the new colors that will be coming out in the new catalog: Mango Melody. I love how it looks paired with Night of Navy, don’t you?
My last project was a little box that I measured to fit a scented votive candle.
I used a votive from Yankee Candle Company, because they are my favorite, but I’m sure any other brand of votive would fit just as well.
That little vase of tulips just makes me smile.
It’s so bitty and cute!

You will probably want to watch the Facebook Live replay to see how this comes together. I shared the details there.

All of the products I used to create the projects will be listed along with the measurements.

Also, if you put in an order in my online store ($30 minimum) by Tuesday May 29th, 2018 at midnight, I will send you these three make and takes for free! You will receive all of the supplies to create the projects but it will NOT include any stamped images (per Stampin’ Up! policy).

Sea of Textures Swap Cards

Hello there stamping friends! I wanted to share with you today the card I made for our monthly team swaps. Our theme was “water” and it was awesome to see how everyone on the team interpreted the theme. We had watercolored cards, cards with vases filled with water and even a watermelon card. I took the theme pretty literally, mostly because I really wanted to use a brand new stamp set that I recently received in my new catalog preorder. Wink, wink.

This set is called Sea of Textures and will be available starting June 1st in the new Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog. There are also matching Framelits for this set and both with be available as a bundle with a 10% discount in just a couple more weeks. Even though you can’t get them now, it’s a fun little sneak peek of what is to come!
Here is a close up of some of the details. My color combo is Blueberry Bushel (which is a NEW In Color), Coastal Cabana (which is returning in the new catalog) and Lemon Lime Twist. I thought this combo had a very “oceanside” feel to it. I added some extra texture with the Seaside Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and of course, those little pearls.

The background circle behind the octopus was stamped using the textured stamp in the set. I inked it up multiple times in different ink colors to blend the colors together. I stamped some of the colors “off” a bit so they weren’t too dark and then stamped the little plant fully inked up in Blueberry Bushel. I really like how it came out.
I added couple of pops of the Myths and Magic Glimmer Paper for some sparkly detail. This paper IS retiring on May 31st, so if you love it like I do, stock up now! In addition to the Glimmer Paper, I also added some of (my favorite) Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to the Lemon Lime Twist coral piece. It’s not as bold as the Glimmer Paper but it just adds another fun element to the card.

To be honest, this stamp set is not my “usual” style. Turns out, I LOVE it! There was something about that little octopus with the “thanks for reaching out” sentiment that I though was too fun to pass up. I can’t wait to play around a little more with this set!
Finally here is a quick shot of the inside of my card. I left some space for a handwritten note. I just don’t think a card is finished unless you "dress up" the inside. To make it even more fun, you can also stamp your envelopes, as well. Just a little extra touch that makes a big difference.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you enjoyed my card. I’ve listed all of the supplies I used below (minus the Coastal Cabana cardstock…oops). Keep in mind again that the stamp set, framelits and 2 of the colors (Blueberry Bushel and Coastal Cabana) are NOT available until June 1st.

Have a HAPPY day today!
Anne Marie
