So Refreshing for PP650

Happy Sunday, friends!
Time for a fun new creative challenge over at The Paper Players
This week, Joanne is hosting our Sketch Challenge.
It’s no secret at all that sketch challenges are my favorite! Joann’s sketch has lots of layers as well, so of course I was super-excited create with this one. I sure hope you will take this challenge for a spin and join us over at The Paper Players. We’d love to see what YOU create!

*I’ve shared measurements and a full supply list of products used to create this card at the end of this post.
Color Combo:
As soon as I saw the sketch I was immediately inspired to ink up the So Refreshing Bundle from the Stampin’ Up!® Annual Catalog. I just love all of the little pieces in this set. It has been SO incredibly hot here in south Texas lately, so a big glass of lemonade (or iced tea) is the perfect treat for some much needed relief from the scorching summer heat.

The color combo of this card is so cheery, don’t you think? I kind of forgot how much I love Blueberry Bushel. It’s such a beautiful blue and looks fabulous paired with Daffodil Delight. The Glorious Gingham Designer Series Paper added the perfect pop of pattern for this little scene and I added some extra texture to the Daffodil Delight layer with the Basics 3D Embossing Folder. I think those folders are my new go-to, I use them a LOT! Those little strawberries added a fun pop of color and detail and are just so stinking cute. I love how this card came together and I hope you do as well.
