Hello there! Happy Sunday to you! Sorry, I have been absent for most of the week, life has just been keeping me pretty busy, lately. Today, I am excited to share the new challenge over at The Paper Players! The lovely, Ann Schach has whipped up this awesome color combo for us to play with, this week:
As soon as I laid eyes upon this fabby mix of color, I just knew I wanted to create a baby card! Don't get me wrong, the traditional pink and blue are great to welcome the "wee ones" into the world. But this combo seemed like such a fresh and modern take. I love it! It also inspired me to dust off (REALLY, dust off) a set in my stampin' arsenal, Animal Stories. I don't think I have used this one in over a year...yikes!

I went back and forth deciding between bling and pearl embellishments. Shockingly, bling won the fight! :)
I also created another card, just to have on hand. Same stamp set, just with an elephant image. (I will post a picture soon) Can't ever have enough baby cards, I say. :) Finally, here is the inside, decorated with my left-overs from the front:
