Tidings All Around for Facebook Live

Hello everyone! For my Facebook Live video this week, I featured two fun and festive cards using the Tidings All Around Bundle which is featured in the Stampin’ Up!® Holiday Catalog! To check out the video for how these projects were made, click here: Tidings All Around Facebook Live.

Every Thursday at 1:00 PM CST, I’ll be sharing a new project tutorial over on my Stampin’ Anne Facebook Page. Please join me and if you can’t make it Live, you can always watch the replay. Also, I’d like to invite you to join my Stampin’ Anne Facebook Group for more updates, promotions, giveaways and exclusive projects. Everyone is welcome!
The Tidings All Around stamp set and All Around Wreath Dies are so much fun! This bundle is fantastic for the holiday season! The dies also coordinate with Seasonal Wreaths stamp set (also in the Holiday Catalog) which is also a fantastic set to add even more versatility. You can see it HERE. I love when dies coordinate with more than one stamp set, you really get more “bang for your buck” which is always a good thing!

The first card I shared is a fun way to use the stamp set to celebrate the Fall season! Since the sentiments in the Tidings All Around stamp set are a little more geared toward Christmas, I used the sentiments from (my favorite Fall set!) Gather Together for this card.

***I also shared a fun tip in the video about how to layer-up the wreaths to add more texture and dimension on the card.
Card Measurements:
  • Cajun Craze Card Base - 4-1/4” x 11”, scored at 5-1/2”
  • Crushed Curry Cardstock - 4” x 5-1/4”
  • Crumb Cake Cardstock (embossed with Pinewood Planks 3D Embossing Folder) - 3-7/8” x 5-1/8”
  • Whisper White Cardstock (for sentiment) - 3/4” x 2-1/4”
  • Scraps of Copper Foil, Cajun Craze (to cut 2 wreaths) and Whisper White Cardstock (for stamped wreath) Cardstock
  • Whisper White Cardstock (inside card) - 4” x 5-1/4”
The second card I shared is a beautiful Christmas Card in the traditional color combo of Garden Green and Real Red. I just love the little leaf and branch dies in this bundle. It was super easy to create a little “holly berry” accent buy pairing the leaves with a trio of rhinestones. I also added some Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to all of the little berries on the wreath for some added sparkle. This card comes together pretty easily, which is always a plus. I think I’ll be making a few extras to mail out this year!

Card Measurements:
  • Garden Green Card Base - 4-1/4” x 11”, scored at 5-1/2”
  • Whisper White Cardstock (embossed with Subtle 3D Embossing Folder) - 4” x 5-1/4”
  • Let it Snow Designer Specialty Series Paper - 3” x 5-1/4”
  • Garden Green Cardstock - 3-3/4” x 3-3/4”
  • Whisper White Cardstock - 3-1/2” x 3-1/2”
  • Scraps of Whisper White (die cut circle) and Garden Green (die cut leaves) Cardstock
  • Whisper White Cardstock (inside card) - 4” x 5-1/4”

Snowman Season for Facebook Live

Hello everyone! For my Facebook Live video this week, I featured cute hot cocoa treat holder and a fun card card using the Snowman Season Bundle which is featured in the Stampin’ Up!® Holiday Catalog! To check out the video for how these projects were made, click here: Snowman Season Facebook Live.

Every Thursday at 1:00 PM CST, I’ll be sharing a new project tutorial over on my Stampin’ Anne Facebook Page. Please join me and if you can’t make it Live, you can always watch the replay. Also, I’d like to invite you to join my Stampin’ Anne Facebook Group for giveaways and exclusive projects. Everyone is welcome!
This little hot cocoa holder is super adorable and easy to make! I was inspired by Carol Hickman for the design of the holder from a card swap I received from her. These little holders would also be great for apple cider pouches, cup of soup pouches and even the little cake/brownies in a mug pouches. Just switch up your stamped images and colors and you are all set! Be sure to check out the video to see how to put it together.

The little snowman really came to life colored with Stampin’ Blends Markers and I just love the fluffy “snowballs” that were created using the Snowfall Accents Puff Paint!

Hot Cocoa Treat Pouch Measurements:
  • Purple Posy Cardstock - 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”, scored at 4-1/4”, then trim off the top corner at an angle
  • Let it Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper - 4” x 1”
  • Whisper White Cardstock - 2-1/2” x 1”, punch one end with Banner Triple Punch
  • Scrap of Whisper White Cardstock - die cut largest oval from Stitched Shapes Dies
  • Scrap of Bermuda Bay Cardstock - die cut largest scalloped oval from Layering Ovals Dies
Next, I made this cute card using the image from the stamp set with the coordinating Snowman Builder Punch. The Let it Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper created the perfect “snowy” background and I used the die from the Into the Woods Dies to create a little snowbank for this cute guy to sit on. My favorite part is his fluffy scarf, created from the Real Red Curly Ribbon.

Card Measurements:
  • Real Red Card Base - 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”, scored at 4-1/4”
  • Let it Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper - 4” x 5-1/4”
  • Whisper White Cardstock - 4” x 3”, die cut the top using the Into the Woods Dies
  • Let it Snow Designer Series Paper (striped pattern) - 4” x 1/2”
  • Call Me Clover Cardstock - 3-1/2” x 3/4”, punch one end with Banner Triple Punch
  • Scrap of Basic Black and Whisper White Cardstock for stamped and punched snowman
On the video, I created this second version of the card using a different pattern from the Let it Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper and also added some Snowfall Accents Puff Paint to accent the little snow bank. I like the pop of texture it adds to the card!
