Happy Sunday, friends!
Time for a fun new creative challenge over at The Paper Players!
This week, Ann is hosting our last challenge of 2022 with a festive Color Challenge.
This is such a rich and elegant Color Combo so perfect for the season. All I can think of with this combo is Christmas, s that is naturally where my mind went when I started creating. I sure hope you will get crafty and join us over at The Paper Players. We’d love to see what YOU create with this Color Challenge!
*I’ve listed all of the measurements and details for my card below and there is a full supply list at the very end of this post.
For my card, I reached for two of my “go-to” stamp sets for holiday cards: Christmas to Remember and Christmas Season from the Stampin’ Up!® Annual Catalog. These sets paired up with the Seasonal Labels Dies are just perfection. The labels fit the sentiments beautifully and of course, make it easy to cut out the images perfectly. I also added some texture to the background with the Wintry 3D Embossing Folder and a little snowflake detail with the Festive Foils Specialty DSP. This paper is currently while supplies last and is on a great sale right now too.
I have to admit, I rarely use Very Vanilla on my cards and I think I finally figured out why. It is kind of REALLY tough to photograph. Haha! I’m not going to tell you how many “takes” I had trying to get these pictures to look somewhat decent. Gah! I finally gave up and am going with the photos that are posted. Hopefully you can see the detail well, because it is a really pretty card, I promise.
