Hello everyone! Today, I shared a “On the Fly Friday" Facebook Live video sharing a card using the new Snailed It Bundle, which is available in the Stampin’ Up!® January-June Mini Catalog.
Please join me over on on my *Stampin’ Anne Facebook Page*, where do Live videos sharing fun Stampin’ Up!® projects. My set time for Facebook Live is Friday at 4:00pm CST, however I have been trying to pop on more often. Be sure to “Like” and “Follow” my Facebook Page so you get the notifications. If you can’t make it Live, you can always watch the replay. Also, I’d like to invite you to join my Stampin’ Anne Facebook Group for more updates, promotions, upcoming classes and exclusive projects. Everyone is welcome!

I’ve been using this suite of products a LOT lately. There is just something about those playful patterns and the happy color combo that just makes me reach for it over and over again. One of the things I really love is that the dies cut out the images in the Designer Series Paper. Perfectly colored images EVERY time…with NO coloring needed! In fact, the only stamping on this card is the sentiment.
All of the measurements for my project are listed below and there is a full supply list at the very end of this blog post.
I’m not sure if this fun fold has a name, so please drop a comment on this post if you happen to know. I first saw it on a swap card (and of course, I can’t remember who made it) and I knew I had to try to make one myself. The card is pretty easy to assemble with some little tips and tricks with the folds and adhesive placement. I went through that on the video AND I even flubbed it on the first take. Haha!!
Card Measurements and Details:
- Real Red Card Base: 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”, scored at 4-1/4”
- Thick Basic White Cardstock: 8” x 5”

- Snail Mail Designer Series Paper (snail pattern): 4” x 5-1/4”

- Snail Mail Designer Series Paper (heart pattern): 1-3/4” x 4-3/4”
- Die cut snail from Snail Mail DSP and fussy-cut the envelope and letter from the same pattern of DSP for the inside for the card

- Please watch the video HERE for card assembly tips and tricks
Here’s a peek of the card opened up! I just love the dimension of this fold, plus it’s a great way to showcase different patterns of Designer Series Paper. After the video, I felt like the inside panel needed a little “somethin’ somethin’” so I fussy cut the letter and envelope from the DSP and adhered them inside. So cute, right?
