Happy Sunday, friends!
Time for a fun new creative challenge over at The Paper Players!
This week, the lovely LeAnne is hosting our Theme Challenge.
Our theme this week is “A Song is in the Air” so there are lots of possibilities with this one. I sure hope you will get crafty and join us over at The Paper Players. We’d love to see what YOU create with this fun Theme Challenge!
*I’ve listed all of the measurements and details for my card below and there is a full supply list at the very end of this post.
As soon as I saw this challenge I was drawn to use the Sweet Songbirds stamp set and coordinating Songbird Builder Punch from the Stampin’ Up Annual Catalog. I just love that chubby little bird who is just hopping along singing a song. So cute, right?
I decided to use the Dandy Designs Designer Series Paper as the starting point for my color combo. The patterns in this DSP are great and work well for so many occasions. Best part, the DSP can be earned exclusively for FREE with a qualifying order during Sale-A-Bration. The special deals for Sale-A-Bration run through February 28th, so make sure to check it out before it ends.

Finally, here is a peek inside the card. I added a little friend for the bird on the front along with some more foliage. I guess I didn’t really leave a lot of room for a handwritten note, but it sure scores some points for being cute!
