Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge #62: PINK-A-Licious

Hi there bloggin' friends and Happy Teriffic Tuesday to you! I am usually pretty stoked about Tuesday since it is THE day for a new challenge at Hand Stamped Sentiments. But THIS WEEK, I am just "tickled PINK" because our challenge is ALL about my favorite color! I hope you will join us and play along. Also, please help us welcome our newest DT member, Krista Jensen, to the team this week.
My assignment for this challenge was to make a "gift set". Now, I am NOT the queen of 3-D projects so I decided to make something I have had on my "to-do" list for quite some time: a Post-It Note Holder. (click it for a link)
I was struggling with my card design until I saw this week's sketch at Mojo Monday. I was immediately inspired. This sketch ROCKS! Thanks so much for the MOJO, gals! :)
I also tried something new with a "double-bow". Side note: anyone remember the goofy "Double Rainbow Guy" from YouTube? Somehow that is ALL that is stuck in my head right now. Haha! "Double BOW...WOW...It's so awesome!" Sorry for that random thought...back to the card...;)
The first time I saw these fan fold flowers were from the fan-tab-u-lous, Nance Leedy. (click her name for the link.) Ever since I saw her post, I have been hooked on them! They are super-easy to make, too. Oh, and the total BLING count on these projects is a whopping 32!! New record...YES!!! :)

I'm also submitting this one to Our Creative Corner for their fun recipe challenge, this week (thanks Vicki): *Girl Power! using a Handmade Paper Flower, Ribbon and Bling!*
Thank you SO much for stopping by today! I sure hope you will get your "PINK ON" and share your creations at Hand Stamped Sentiments this week. If you made it through my lengthy post, HOORAY! Before you go, please leave a comment to say hello. I truly appreciate the time you took out of your day to visit me. :) Until next time...Have a HAPPY day!

Love your flowers, so pretty and your BLING! Wow... 32??? I am WAY too stingy to give that many away on one card,(I do mail almost everyone of mine) but it sure looks beautiful. Love the double bow, but never made one.. I'm off to see what that's all about. Hugs.
PS: I need a 'box' for a set of gift cards right now, and this design has got me thinkin'.

And the BLINGS... oh my, every single one is a hit~ especially the ones used in that stunning flower center.

p.s... turned out I enjoyed hubby's movie pick better than mine. :o) Guess it was because I kept comparing the other movie to the book.
