SO perfect for Spring, eh? Although here in south Texas our temps have been in the mid-90's for a few weeks now. So, I decided to play with some fun, summer colors for this one. I was pretty excited to break out the new Melon Mambo and Tangerine Tango Embossing Powders from the Summer Mini Catalog. Pretty much, ANYTHING in Melon Mambo is a must-have for me. :) I love that color!!
I used the One of a Kind stamp set for my Mother's Day bouquet. As I was typing this up, I realized that the set is actually retired. I was completely convinced this set was still current...whoops! I made the "vase" by using the ornament punch, snipping off the point at the bottom of the "ornament". I know this isn't a new technique, but I still think it's really fun. Finally, I added some bling to finish things off! Let's face it, everything is better when it sparkles!
