Valentine On the Fly for Facebook Live

Hello everyone! Yesterday, I did a “Sunday Funday” Live video over on Facebook sharing a beautiful card idea for Valentine’s Day.

This was an “on the fly” card. I basically threw a bunch of different products in a basket, grabbed a trio of stamp sets and some paper and this is the end result. Everyone watching the Live video helped narrow down the choices, which was lots of fun. 

The sentiment on this card is from an exclusive Host set that can only be earned during Sale-A-Bration: Punch Party. Card Measurements and Details:

• Rococo Rose Card Base: 4-1/4” x 11”, scored at 5-1/2” 
• Very Vanilla Cardstock: 4” x 5-1/4” 
• Love You Always Specialty Designer Series Paper: 3-7/8” x 5-1/8” 
• Very Vanilla Cardstock: die cut the largest stitched rectangle from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies and shade the background using Rococo Rose ink and a Blending Brush
• Love You Always Specialty Designer Series Paper: punch one heart using heart from the Heart Punch Pack
• Love You Always Foil Sheets: punch one scalloped heart from the Heart Punch Pack
• Very Vanilla Cardstock: stamp polka dot outline from Heartfelt stamp set, stamp sentiment from Punch Party stamp set, then punch out. 
• Very Vanilla Scalloped Lace Trim: color with Blending Brush and ink (see video for details)
• Pearls colored with Rococo Rose Stampin’ Blends
• Very Vanilla Cardstock (inside card): 4” x 5-1/4”
• Love You Always Specialty Designer Series Paper (inside card): 4” x 3/4” 

Here is a peek inside the card! I used another strip of that gorgeous foiled paper along with the “LoveYou Lots” sentiment and hearts from the Heartfelt stamp set.  

After the video, I decided to create a few more of these cards and for another option I used the sentiment from the Love You Always stamp set. It’s a little softer and and I like it with the pearls and lace trim.
