Hot Dog Sneak Peek for Facebook Live

Hello everyone! I did a special Wednesday Facebook Live this week to create a card in honor of my sweet foster dog and her journey to her forever home with a sneak peek of a new stamp set coming out in January from Stampin’ Up!®

Please join me over on on my *Stampin’ Anne Facebook Page* where I share some fun Stampin’ Up!® projects. I usually go live Friday at 4:00pm CST but am planning to try to go live a few times a week, going forward. If you can’t make it Live, you can always watch the replay. Also, I’d like to invite you to join my Stampin’ Anne Facebook Group for more updates, promotions, upcoming classes and exclusive projects. Everyone is welcome!

We have been fostering the sweetest dog for Tracy’s Paws Rescue, here in Texas. She’s been with us for 8 weeks and today she heads out on the journey to her new home with 37 other pups. I wanted to make a card for her new family to congratulate them. As soon as I saw the new Hot Dog stamp set in the upcoming Jan-June Mini Catalog, it totally reminded me of her. I tried to color the image to resemble her markings and I think I did ok. Haha! Her fur is a lot darker in real life, but didn’t want to lose the detail in the image.

Here is a photo of sweet Cricket! She is a mix between a Boston Terrier and a Beagle…and maybe some Basset Hound in those feet. Absolutely adorable, right? Those little legs are the cutest. I dropped her off at the rescue early this morning and as much as it broke my heart to say good-bye, I knows has a loving home waiting for her in Pennsylvania. We are beyond thankful that we were part of her journey!

  1. The pup on your card is darling, but it can't hold a candle to sweet little Cricket!
